I am the principle osteopath in our dynamic team, having established Simply Osteopathy in 1994. I've also spent several years as a Clinic Tutor at the European School Of Osteopathy. I favour using gentle osteopathic techniques, although I do use structural techniques & manipulate joints when appropriate. My favourite area of the body to work with is the neck. Outside of work I enjoy my family, cooking, reading, the cinema, walking & my 2 cats Poppy & Molly. In May this year I completed all 26.2 miles of the 2011 London Playtex Moonwalk with my sister Michelle, raising over £600 for breast cancer ! I have also just completed a course in Hot Stone Massage, which you will be able to book as a separate treatment or may be integrated in with your osteopathy appointment, if your medical history allows.

Helen joined my team in 2000, & enjoys the wide variety of symptoms that our patients present to us with. Last year she attended a post graduate course aimed at treating new mums & their babies, which is coming in handy as she has become a mum herself for the first time !

Clarissa McManus
BSc(Hons) Ost 2007

Clarissa joined my team in 2007. Like Helen she especially enjoys working with pregnant mums, babies & children. As well as working with me, part of her week is spent teaching & assisting students at the European School Of Osteopathy. In her spare time she enjoys restoring old furniture & is learning to make her own clothes & at home she is kept busy with 2 cats & 2 dogs.
